Thanks for showing interest in our apartments.

You reach the apartments via a dead end road, and our large garden of 2,000 sqm borders on a natural area. Early in the morning and at the end of the day you can see and hear deer, woodpeckers, owls, and cuckoos. Thanks to the sunny position there is a great diversity of flowers and plants. In the basement of our house we have a sauna with a relaxation area.

You'll find all the ingredients to relax and gain new energy in this beautiful part of Carinthia.

The lake with the most clear water and high temperature

Within a radius of one kilometre you'll reach lake Presseggersee and an Amusement park. With the "Nassfeld +Card Premium" you'll have free access to the beach of lake Pressegger See which is one of the warmest lakes in Europe where you can swim, sail and windsurf.

The area around the lake offers plenty of sporting opportunities like long hikes through the mountains, cycling along the river Gail, and mountain biking on mountain trails full of challenges! The unspoiled nature of the surrounding mountains are of breathtaking beauty.

Cable car Milennium Express effortlessly takes you to the summit at nearly 2,000 metres. For children (and their parents) the summer toboggan run, the Aqua Trail, and the NTC Outdoor Park are real favorites.

An absolute highlight is a walk through the canyon Garnitzenklamm. With good, sturdy walking shoes, bad weather equipment, and a map you'll start an unforgettable journey of 2½ hours, with a length of about 4 kilometres across 9 bridges!

Skiing holiday with a plus on hours of sunshine

Holiday house Bella Vista is situated 18 kilometres from the ski resort of Nassfeld. The bus stop for the free shuttle bus is 450 metres away.
